Four-part process Registration:

• Download and print the following form Download Vendor Application
• Fill out the form
• Mail it to: PO Box 632, Fairfield, IA 52556
• Pay vendor fee via check to 1st Fridays Art Walk
  (For fine Artists it is $25, for Food Vendors and all others it is $40 per Art Walk event and this fee includes the city permit as well. )
  

Payments can be made via check, please mail your check 1 week prior to event. Vendor spaces are given first come first paid. Without payment, your registration is not complete.
